  • It's probably your body telling you to give it a break, most ofthe big marathon runners run 2-3 marathons per year as doing the training and running take a lot out of you, give yourself a week off and you'll come back feeling stronger and faster, or at worst just fresher!

    You won't loose much in the way of fitness over 7 days either, running on Coastal pats is great but some of the hills are completely in runnable in my experience!
