Have just reported a skip driver who jumped a red light and attempted to go through the green cyclist light when children and their mothers were about to cross on their way to school to the company's manager. He has assured me he will speak to the driver (thank goodness I managed to remember the reg number!) and get back to me. Let's see what happens.
