I'm not sure, but I think you'd have to fit a base plate first.

I had the white one's that I used with look cleats before.
If the hole in the middle between the red things and the very top hole has a nut in it you can.
if it doesn't no...

Think I'm def gonna take em, dude, and they would be small for you I think - I'm 8 1/2 - 9 UK, have another pair of these in the same size and they're pretty snug.
