@heavisides - looks like a clapham junction board for me and john are you cool with waterloo? my mate might be headed there as he's a north londoner.
1003 from waterloo will be the train we're fishing for and we'll head to effingham junction.
from there we miss the 'start' of the ride but will complete the route getting back to the station.
too early for a decent weather report but i reckon all will be good.
