paves are probably a bit soft for serious riding on the roads.. that said I've never had a puncture with them.. however they were only ridden about 20 times.
Schwalbe do quite a nice gumwall.. cheap as chips too.. The walls are pretty light coloured tho.. beige/cream but look great with dark/ceramic rims.
