Two sets of heavy duty tyres for the commute, tour or crossing of your favourite 5000m high mountain range.
A pair of Schwalbe Marathon XR's in 26x2" folding. The tyre of choice for expedition cycling and have been used only the once, albeit a crossing of the western Himalayas, so show minimal signs of wear (people report 15-20,000 km's out of a set of these tyres). The ultimate unbreakable commuting tyre. £35 collected
A pair of Conti travel contacts in 26x1.75 folding. Conti's version of the xr with a smooth centre section. These have been used twice (across Syria and across Tibet!) and again are in almost new condition - still have moulding pips and bumps across the centre section. £25 collected
