I've just got back from my second run - 1.1 miles. Pretty poor, but I'm going to keep trying.
Thing is, a colleague started giving me grief for only running a mile. I said I'd kick his arse on a bike, he asid it was easy with the help of a machine, and I said we should do a race; part run, part bike, winner has shortest summed time.
Now, what distances are fair? I can hardly run, but even a novice cyclist can move fairly quickly.

Help?!
