The yoshida cleats didnt last very long, they never stayed in place, when tightened theyd start to slip out of place. 1 cracked in half at the slot. If I get them again I'd glue a couple of layers of old inner tube onto the back.
Tried spd sl today and they are much better, no reason to go back. Much quicker to set up at the start of a race, I always had problems with the other set up.
I just bought some mks custom neuvo pedals a couple of weeks ago,I dont I'll bother trying them out
