there are 1 to 3 on ebay at the same time continuously for the last 6 months. they average about £22 often even less. I prefer the VAR ones from SPA cycles for £15 as they are solid and also have a standard crank puller.

Thanks Loafheads - maybe I got my wires slightly crossed, but the impossible one to find (that I needed) was the 23.35mm which the TA puller will only just about manage, but it's not a great fit. Eventually found mine NOS at Holdsworth in Putney...
