  • ^^Erm, not really. Depending on what's to hand / how I feel, I use either:

    • nothing
    • few drops of tea tree oil (maybe in some carrier oil like almond / olive)
    • Sudocrem
    • Germolene / Savlon

    I suppose they're all a shitload cheaper than the lanolin-plus-fragrance-dressed-up-as-cycling-specific concoctions that you get from cycling retailers.

    (I've got some unrefined Shea Butter, but I'm suspicious that it's blocked my pores, as I've developed the occasional sore when using it)
