Once you've taken the QR skewer, lock nuts and axles off you can hammer the cups out from the other side using a hammer and screwdriver with tape on it for protection then replace the cups and cones.
Don't know where you can get them from though,
I was coming on here to search for the exact same thing. -

This guy is selling new front ones, you could ask if he has rears
Although for that price, you might be better off finding a good condition used rear hub.
You can use a bench vice and some wooden dowels to press the new races in. Hammer + soft-tipped punch would probably also work.

yes i guess the issue will be finding replacements at a reasonable price.
i found some threads here regarding getting the races out,

records have the funny sized balls so I would assume they have equally funny size races, AFAIK no-one makes them anymore so you are stuck with collectors selling their prized NOS bits.

Plot thickens. Those ^^ are 29.3mm O/D. I have some that are 28mm that came with a repair kit. You can have mine if they are the right size, I'll never need them.
I have a set of old Campagnolo Record hubs, the races on the rear hub have started to pit.
Is there anything I can do?
I think it may be possible to replace the races, but I've no idea how, or where I would get replacements.
