Shop I work in bought something very similar in ages ago.
Think it was a Project1 bike that got returned because some of the stickers said Madon instead of Madone so it was reduced by 50p or something stupid. (shop owners are the type that very often get seen coming).
It's mental small too, like a 52 or something.
Needless to say it never sold and has now been stripped and parted out.
Red bar plugs are Bonty vibration damping and I don't think they come in any other colour so are almost acceptable.
