i like the idea of 'co-ed' in both organising and teams (maybe 2/3s girl rule?)... it's a way to get a critical mass of girls in a tournament to encourage the notion of more girls in bike polo, without over-doing the positive discrimination thing by saying absolutely no boys..
anyway, we can chat at the meeting...
