Started running for weight loss 6 days ago..... I fucking hate it, to be honest, but it works..... 20 mons a day plus much less bread than I usually have and I've shipped a little over half a stone.... My moobs have nearly gone too, to leave pecs again.... It's nice that I have no niggling injuries for a change. Last fame of the season tomorrow should sort that though!
