We are going to meet the train crew at Witham. Does your train get in at 11.22?

As for the route by the look of google maps we can either follow
the B1018 to Heybridge then a wee bit of A414 which is very flat....
or a smaller roads route with a big hill, Witham rd, Blue Mills Hill, Maypole rd to Heybridge then A414

I don't think the train crew is going as far as Witham. I thought ee were going to get off in Chelmsford and ride to meet the people riding form London in Maldon at 1pm. The train gets into Chelmsford at 11:02

Ok we'll meet you all at Maldon then for 1pm.

As mentioned earlier, i'm happy to lead those riding the whole way from London, but can someone have a look at the route from Maldon to Mersea as there is a chance I will need to shoot home at that point.

Looks like a hook-up with the rest of the group on the bridge in centre of Maldon would be the easiest thing. I may have to bail there, but navigation is very easy to Mersea.

Either way I've got a network railcard, so the train will be cheap! see you at Liverpool tomorrow. I've got blonde hair and will have a black bianchi volpe touring frame.
