I missed this thread, so didn't get to vote. I am disappoint.

Have you considered the impact on the next GSIAD? These and important other matters can be considered at your first session...

With hindsight I think Laner is right, too many other competing options on Fridays, but especially Friday drinks. Thursdays would work much better.
