- I have a shimano BB - UN51. how do I find out how it is threaded?
It should say on it, no?? Try putting it in your frame gently and if it goes in its the right one, if it binds do not force it and check carefully....
- I bought a Campa recod pista crank (FC01- RepI549). is this compatible with the afore mentioned BB? Or do I need a certain spindle length? length on the shimano is 110mm
110, might be a little long for a pista, you can get away with a 103 normally I think, but it should still work though your chainline might be a little funky. It certainly wont be too short which is the good news....it really depends on your frame, rear spacing and how your rear wheel cog/freewheel is set up...try it gently and worst case scenario you have to take it off and fiddle with it :)

I bought a Campa recod pista crank (FC01- RepI549). is this compatible with the afore mentioned BB? Or do I need a certain spindle length? length on the shimano is 110mm
