The jaws on my bolt cutters that I use to steal bikes doesn't open wide enough to even fit around the shackle of a d-lock, never mind being able to cut through one.
I got a builder to try and cut through my Kryptolock with MASSIVE bolt cutters (handles more than a metre long) when someone (possibly) superglued the barrel and that was a massive fail.
