I'm no expert on bolt cutters, but I doubt they'd go through a semi-decent d-lock. In my experience d-locks are usually bent and popped open, but again, you can only do that on cheapish ones and it'll probably damage the bike. There's no way you're going to bend an Evo Mini as it's too small.
