2nd run of the week, didn't feel as strong or fast, but managed to run further, and have started doing some faster paced sections as I come to the end of my 4k, feels nice to be out of breath after a run.
legs don't ache as much, my calves seem fine, now its my achilles tightening up and aching, and getting some stitch like aches in my side, but I'm assuming, its my body getting used to the new exertions.
probably do another run sunday morning and see how that goes..
