    raced a couple of seasons with london dynamo a few years back, they used to do through and off sessions on saturday mornings round richmond park, that provides you with the basic speed and skills/etiquette for bunch racing. I understand that the popularity of circuits like hillingdon have grown and triathletes have started taking up racing there who perhaps dont have the bike handling experience but do have excellent fitness, this can be a bit hairy. In 4cat races there is a lot of switching about and the pace yoyo's between 22 and 30mph so there are ocasional stacks. Racing is a real buzz!
