Hi i'm looking for a track frame, must have a cut out in the seat tube, something like

needs to be about 53cm top tube. ideally frame and fork. Budget is a bit tight and can only go to £200 and must be able to deliver as I live at the end of the road to no where (Grimsby) I know i am asking for a lot but hopefully there is something out there.
P.S I am able to travel to pick up but don't really want to go over about 50 miles depending on frame.
