The seat post looks a bit smaller than the right one, seat lug is distorted
while been loose (~1/3mm) front and back. That will allow a small movement to
seatpost that eventually wear off seat tube.
I 've seen those lugs in many bikes build with columbus SL. All of them have a 27.2 seat post.
Except its boring silver, looks like a descent road bike in good condition.
