could someone be sued for giving shit/dangerous advice on the interwebz?
i am wondering about the potential legal ramifications of some of the facetious comments made by many of us here
Not unless you were giving legal or medical advice, or anything requiring a license. As far as I understand that is considered practicing without a license, and is punishable by law in the States. It's why I can't advise clients to take any medications whatsoever, I have to say, "consult your physician before taking any of the things I might tell you have helped other people with your issues".
