Ive just bought a track/path bike which I think the previous owner had made up out of spare parts. Consequently the rear wheel has surface rust on the spokes, I'm assuming this wont particularily affect the strenth. To remove it shall I just sand off the rust? Would it be semsible to treat the spokes with clear coat of some sort? Cheers.
