8" or more ideally.
Happy to swap for random acts of kindness / bike maintenance.

Maybe 10/12mm for the base, thinner for the sides?

Piles of wood including ply get thrown in the skip at Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres... Excel aswell

There are two pieces of plywood about 1.5m x 0.75m
If that's any good?
Also lots of other off cuts and could probably sort you out with screws and nails. -

Ah. Length :)
Good guess. I was going to say "trailer-sized"..those sound good. Which side of london are you? The trailer appears to be happening at my house in Hackney (Thanks for the other ideas though, jimmiboy) so if youre anywhere near that I think we'd be interested..

Arrospok on a go-kart!
My work is in Camden so if you've hot transport other than a bike you
can pick up.
If you don't, I've got a van so could drop em off sometime, probably won't be untill next week though.
Polo Boom Box Trailer barbecue Project seeks 2 wheels. Preferably 26", with or without tyres. And some plywood (or hints to where we can find some?)
Front wheels from crappy MTB's and other BSOs are exactly what I had in mind, as long as they fit the very limited budget.
