  • Make sure you technique is perfect with these. Not only will this protect your back, but I found that correct form has enabled me to lift a lot more weight. Currently im nearly at 3 x bodyweight (Deadlift) and 2(and a bit) x bodyweight (squat).

    I am quite tall so am very protective of my back (one of the reasons I am doing strength training in the first place) which also makes me paranoid about my form. I recently reset my dead lift from about 1.25 x bodyweight to half that because my technique was getting shaky.
