Ouch, sorry to hear that, hope you're back on a bike soon.
Best i can measure the drops sit about 74cm off the ground, and they are raised about 35mm with spacers, so you could possibly be looking at just over 70cm from the ground. The front takes a modern brake with the 8mm hex, so any modern front brake will be good, though im sure you could run the old bolted style too. The rear hub is fixed/fixed so you can run it fixed/freewheel or double fixed or double freewheel, so thats a bonus.
