I have a few sets in 165mm (not for sale though).
Especially all hi end stuf is produced in 165mm.
But for sure, compared with 170, 172.5 and 175mm they're pretty rare.
If you want new sets, most dealers have to order them.
2nd hand.... hens' teeth.
Miche is also an option, but hardly hi end.
