well its not as bad as i thought, there's life still left in the old dog yet. New chain and sprocket needed, rear hub needs re packing and a few bits here and there.
I reckon this time i need to clean the chain a bit more, especially in winter. With the weather in Manc you clean it one day then it rains and the rods are full of that black crud that it pics but again.
