Wanted: Small to medium workshop space! Leeds

hi all,

as it says i need a smallish workspace somewhere about leeds.

light manufacture, just needs somewhere reasonably secure, lights, power, nout fancy.

will pay rent etc. im not begging here.

want to start a frame shop, i do have some experience. so i dont think its a complete non starter.

will work in anything! under arches, garages. if i can run an extension cable to it it'll be fine!
