I have an MBK (have painted over/ peeled off most of the decals) mixte frame with forks, full mudguards, seatpost, quill stem, handlebars, front and rear brake (no levers or cable) for sale. Can probably take all the bits off if you only want the frame...

I know this is a bit of a long shot but I'm after a single speed bike for the sister in law - step-though would be fine but not essential. She's 5ft so a small frame (17") is required. The budget is around £200.
