    This lovely blue colnago.
    Great bike, but too small for me.

    Has some chips on the paint, placed some white lineair stickers to cover most of them up and thought it looked nice and sporty.
    If wanted they can be easily removed without leaving any marks.
    Bought this bike a while back, hoping that what they say is true: size doesn't matter.
    Well it does, breaks my heart but have to let it go.
    Took pics when i was replacing the groupset, chain wasn't placed yet, and levers have been replaced with campagnolo athena's.
    Very good, and perfectly working groupset!
    Originally had a groupset that was a present from my grandfather, and for sentimental reasons I want to keep that one.

  • you beauty.

  • is it a super? what is the frame tube set?
    do you have any photos of it before you put the stickers on?

  • beauty - reckon it'll fit someone upto 6ft?

  • Loafheads=>
    Not sure, bought it myself long time ago, and there was no info on the tubeset, owner diddn't know himself.
    But judging from the looks, it should be a super, looks a lot like my red colnago (that does fit).
    And no, no pics due to former computercrash

    Race84=>
    If im not mistaking this should be perfect for people between 1m70 and 1m75, bit off won't make much of a diffrence.

  • Loafheads, it looked like this (just grabbed it from the net): http://www.flickr.com/photos/28334529@N00/3469926641/sizes/z/in/photostream/

  • i was asking about how bad the scratches are.
    any idea on the year?

  • Whoops! Quite a few chips, wasn't as pretty without the strickers, it's from placing the bike against the wall. Not sure, since I bought it from an other owner, but my guess late 90's.

    Edit: just checked, there aren't that many chips just a few.

    I'm not to sure on the year myself, think it's probably end '90's.
    The stripes are non-original, added them for protection/ hiding some chips/ sporty look.
    Just stickers, but quite like it looks a bit flash
