Wanted: Peugeot Bike

I'm looking for a Peugeot road bike to buy. Would prefer something with Reynould's tubing or one of the Triathlon version - one of the lighter ones and with the stripes on the frame.

I'm 6'1" so need something between 58-60cm

I'm open minded on the price, depending on the condition of the bike.

Am based in Bristol.

Or open to other nice 80's era road bikes, raleighs, carltons etc.

Got a Raliegh Team Banana for sale, singlespeed with Mavic MA2 wheels, stronglight cranks new headset and b.b, two brakes, 3ttt stem and nice drops, alloy micro adjust post and Specialized saddle. Nice and light, cleans up ok but has leaning on wall of pub/lock marks here and there.

It's on an auction site at the moment but was just testing the water.

It's about 60cm fits me at 5'11 so would be about right. I'm in Clifton, bike is in Reading at my storage but can collect if needed.

Yeah I lost a trialthlon one on Sunday unfortunately.

I am not the most knowledgable on bikes, so if you see something that is light and good value, please could you send me the link, or make recommendations on models etc? I've been looking at the PX-10

@ guaranteed - I have a Triathlon (Reynolds 501) frameset for sale including stem, bars, seatpost and saddle. It's the version with the chromed 501 forks. It's 58cm c-t-c.

It is fairly tatty, with some surface rust, but structurally fine. I'd take £25 + postage. I'll take some pics later if you're interested.

I probably still have some of the original parts lying around too from before I converted it, I'll have a look. Will throw in what I have.
