Hey,
Yes you can convert this to a track wheel by removing the current cartridge hub and replacing it with the track version. However these are hard to find and can be quite expensive. A cheaper alternative i'm told is to buy a track adapter that will screw onto the current hub threading, but I don't know much about these.
