A conspiracy theory acts as a persuasion from the truth; if proven to be true, it's no longer a conspiracy. You have to ask yourself what the motivation is to, firstly, suggest producing a fake photo of OBL dead is a good idea, and second, to actually carry it out. It's been proven to be a fake, therefore a conspiracy. Revealing the conspiracy is to reveal the truth.
