Hi all another newbie,dislike cars,mobile phones and computers.I,m 51 slightly deaf dodgy eyesight and very grumpy,there that should get us started,oh yes and I,m not a spanner.

Hi all , just getting used to life with out gears. I commute everyday 13 miles each way . I,m finding I,m doing it in the same times , as with gears .
Does find it the same .
Ps I enjoy more

I went to Herne Hill with the school Wednesday's then a few of us would go on the odd saturday for training,never kept in touch with anyone when I left,pity .

Hi Felipes ! Commiserations on your loss! I've only had two bikes pinched over my 50+ years of cycling, neither of them locked. Perhaps that's why!
I've just passed on my old fixie frame to my daughter for to build a decent bike with.
I'm more into multi speed road and tandem bikes now. Thinking of going semi-recumbent as I'm almost 60. I think they used to call them bath chairs.

Like the nursery implies, you need to crawl before you can walk, you need to search before you ask.

Why not go introduce yourself in the welcome thread and then show your face and bike in the faces and bikes thread.

If you REALLY need to ask a question, find the relavent thread and ask it there.... Nothing so annoying...
