started sanding a 22.2 stem to fit a 22 steerer - using quite fine grade sand paper was at it for hours until i thought i'd just give the stem a gentle tap in. ended up bashing it in at a wonky angle and it getting stuck fast. so i sawed the stem off and now have to saw the rest out of the steerer.
have posted a wanted add for some forks with a more reasonably sized steerer if anyone can help.
