Beautiful frame, though I don't think it's a Viner... Seems like a 'Cornelo'-connected frame again (suppossedly built by Colnago for a Belgium wholesaler in the early '80's - hence the nice type of lugs and the anonymous 'X'-engravings perhaps?)
I've got a very similar one, though with both Campa fork ends & drop outs:
Quality frame, feels light - don't have a clue which tubing it is though. I've seen ones with Columbus SL/SLX-decals and now one with 531; mine has none. Never seen the braze on for a race number on these frames before though.
