    Option 3 only lead to guilt

    My knees aren't sufficiently recovered for the scheduled turbo (and I'm not going to start thinking about alternative sessions), so it will have to be a brief high cadence smalled wheeled wide barred upright positioned bag carrying trundle around RP from 7.15ish.

    Option 3 will bring me pleasure, not guilt. I'm not of the repressed/deviant mindset that fails to separate the two concepts.
