I think you should set a qualifying time after work, then do your admin....qualifying usually runs 'til 9.

clips and straps, long cage, long straps to accomodate all, best shoes are recessed cleat type mtb shoes or trad cycling shoes......makes littel difference though, records can be set in stilettos!

wicked to know a bunch of Coventry riders are coming, looking forward to seeing you!

we are trying to get an answer on the bike parking at the moment, hopefully have some info later.

Can I ask that people don't randomly lock their bikes to other's or are considerate when stacking? Some of us have to leave earlier than closing time to catch trains etc..

just confirmed with the Rainbow.. you will be able to park your bikes inside.
