I have hardly ever used her, mainly ride a SS in brighton and now have two kids and need the money / space. Looking to get near £700 without the saddle and pedals - is that realistic or am I best off splitting it?
-
• #333
Ooosh brake on the Ellipses! :(
I would say that was un-realistic, unless anybody wants that exact bike and has £700 to spend.
I'd split here up into component parts, which are all desirable.
I'd be interested in cranks/wheels depending on prices. -
• #334
Cheers Tenderloin, know what you're saying re brakes on ellipses, not really used, just for emergencies, been through car windows before and it don't 'alf hurt (not on this add!)
Will be in touch if I split.
-
• #335
I might be interested in the crank (depending on model/length)
Even maybe the frame, if you want realistic money for it....
-
• #336
I'll echo what Harvey said, might take the frame if the price is right.
-
• #337
might be interested in the wheels also, if you're considering splitting?

Thanks to some stupid woman in a polo forcing me into a drastic avoidance of death moment I am looking for a new rear wheel to replace my now destroyed Spinergy. If anyone has a nice rear wheel knocking about maybe deep rim and with some red involved I would be pleased to hear from you.

853 57cm Square Condor Track Frameset
Up for grabs - Reynolds 853 57cm Square Condor Track Frameset (Built By Dave Yates for Condor)
1" Threaded fork, Un-Drilled. Used for 2 Track Seasons (1.5 Seasons by previous owner), and 4-5 times to commute on. Selling as I just cannot justify keeping a frame that is too small for me.
Standard 100mm/120mm Spacing, 27.2 Seat-Post, English Threaded B/B.
Willing to trade for a frameset of equivilent value, or hit me with any other parts you have.
Based in Brighton, and would rather not post.

Condor provisionally gone.....
Hoever;
Mavic Lo-Pro Wheelset (700c/650c)
Hand-built Mavic 501 Hubs (Sealed Bearings), Both QR, 100/126mm spaced, bearings buttery smooth, and have no play at all.
Front is radially laced (28h), to a Mavic CD2 650c Sprint Rim, Will include 'aged' but useable tub (Holds good pressure)
Virtually no brake wear (If any!)
Rear is built 2/3-Cross (32h), to a Mavic CD2 27" Sprint Rim, Again, Will include a 'aged' but useable tub (Holds good pressure). Also fitted with a 6-Speed Suntour close ration freewheels, however, this can be removed if not required.
Slightly more brake wear than the front, however, the rims still has 1000's of miles left in it.
Unfortunately, I do not have the original QR Skewers, however, I can find a pair to get you rollin'!
Based in Brighton, and in an ideal world, you can come meet me in the pub after work and pick them up, but can post at cost.
