Recommend me a chef's knife

I also have a kyocera ceramic knife which is pretty cool as it cuts through almost anything

I have the same knife, but, I don't know, can't quite get used to it. The weightlessness still feels weird.

I like the Victorinox line of knives. They don't cost an arm and a leg and I like the handles.
