Just finished building this up - took me a while but alas I can't afford to keep it. Everything straight and true, no dings etc, couple of small paint touch ups.
Frame:
Dedacciai Zero Tre micro alloyed steel, air hardened seamless joints VGC.
Components: Wheels - campag chorus hubs on campag omega v rims, conti gatorskin tyres Drive - 8 speed block, rear mech and bar ends all campag chorus, campag record front mech, Stronglight 107 chainset, campag bottom bracket Brakes - campag chorus levers, shimano deore xt cantis generic blocks Up front - 1A stem, giro d'Italia bars and tape - all cinelli, tange headset Saddle / post - flite 1990 titanium saddle, campag post Extra tyres & tubes - kenda kwicker 35c cyclocross, kenda tubes
The following parts are brand new / nos / never sat on etc:
saddle, brake lever hoods, inner and outer cables, headset, bottom bracket, cantis and pads, front mech, chainrings (inner chainring thrown in - see pics), pedals, chain
The lurvely white kendas have only been ridden down the street and back, gatorskins about 5 miles, rear block and cranks almost mint. The wheels whilst being straight and true, have cosmetic issues with the hubs - lost their shine and the rear has an ugly scar on it - does not affect performance however.
**Unridden in it's present state so gears need tuning.
[B]UPDATE **
I wanted to mention that the seatpost is a little tight, London fields cycles measured the frame aperture as 27.0, so I went out and got that size post, it fits ok but it is a little tight. The post I bought is a lovely vintage campag and barely used so if you did want to change for a 26.8 you would have little probs getting rid of this one.
Because of that and just 'cos I really need the money the price is now reduced to £SOLD
