Thanks for the reply sparky, unfortunately I'm not exaggerating :( spinning the lcokring is about the same as spinning the body :S it does feel smooth but it just doesn't spin.
i was hoping they would free up, usually with the NOSish hubs you can feel them loosen up after playing with them for a few mins, This one hasn't yet.
