Luke do you do all this alone? I highly recommend it with say, a group of friends, its so much more rewarding... Often when I do it alone, I suddenly feel tired and alone and immediately decide to do something else while feeling almost rejected by my own body. With friends on the other hand you can laugh for several minutes afterwards once you decide to stop, it feels much more natural.
We like to sing hymns at dinner also... Dear lord and father of mankind is an absolute cracker
