The main reason I like running in the rain is that all the stray dogs go and find somewhere to hide and all the assholes that walk their dogs through my neighbourhood without leads are inside.
That and getting covered in mud and not caring.
Went out last night for the first time in ages, no watch, no map. Really enjoyed running for runnings sake, not aiming for any time or training goal. The only problem was the dogs as usual.
Might start carrying a stick, or start taking gels as fuel intead of bacon.
