height for sizing is just a guideline, limb length and back flexibility is more important,. For example, I'm 6'1'', and use a 58cm seat tube with just under 20cm seat post showing, but need a 90mm stem to ride on the hoods with a 58cm top tube.
I would be very tempted to buy this if I hadn't just spent a grand on a bike.
