I trust NO MAN with shaved legs. Especially if they are left with 'hair shorts' (made me lol but is a wholly unappealing prospect)
Although I can tell you from experience that the sensation of a light breeze on freshly shaved legs and armpits is extremely pleasant :) but I highly doubt it makes any difference to my speed.
