I'm sure its measured correctly - its an odd shape for sure at the front end, and the length of the head tube would make you think it was about a 53, its more like a cyclo cross design.

Where there's so much gap above the front tyre to the underside of the forks, that has been taken into account for the down tube position where it meets the head tube - lots higher than normal on a frame this size, thereby making the head tube look lots shorter, however, overall the angles are kept in place correctly.
